  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  10. using this software.  Unless you have a different license agreement 
  11. signed by Artistry, Inc. your use of this software indicates your 
  12. acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  14. Registered Version

  16. One registered copy of ToolPAL may either be used by a single
  17. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  18. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  19. multiple people, but not both.
  20.  
  21. You may access the registered version of ToolPAL through a network,
  22. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  23. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  24. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  25. will access ToolPAL on the network, each workstation must have its
  26. own ToolPAL license, regardless of whether they use ToolPAL at
  27. different times or concurrently.

  31. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  32. Texas.

  34. Disclaimer of Warranty

  36. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  37. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  38. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the
  39. various hardware and software environments into which ToolPAL may
  40. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  41. OFFERED.

  43. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  44. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  45. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  46. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  47. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  54. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  55. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  56. without charge for a period of 45 days.  If you use this software
  57. after the 45 day evaluation period a registration fee of $30 is
  58. required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and
  59. should be sent to Artistry, Inc., 3509 Gary Drive, Plano, TX 75023-1125 
  60. U.S.A.  Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are available, as 
  61. described in the section Ordering Information/Order Form.

  63. Unregistered use of ToolPAL after the 45-day evaluation period is in 
  64. violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  68. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version 
  69. of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  70. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware 
  71. version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via 
  72. electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  74. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, 
  75. for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software 
  76. and/or documentation with other products(commercial or otherwise)
